I ordered 2 acrylic signs for my business and Way Up Gifts reached out to me before filling the order to advise me they had a much better style of sign for my exterior facing windows (the LED neon-tube style with black backing). They sent pictures of what they suggested and I quickly made the switch/upgrade. The signs safely arrived in a timely fashion and are so bright and perfect for my business windows.
