We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received - unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
📦 How to Start a Return
Contact us at sales@ledgiftworks.com to request a return. If approved, we’ll send detailed return instructions including where to send the item.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Return must be postmarked within 14 days of approval
- Items returned without approval will not be accepted
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all LED sign and light sign orders
- Additional deductions may apply for missing or damaged parts

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll send replacement parts or a new item as needed, depending on the situation.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom/personalized signs and gift products)
- Stuffed animals (non-returnable due to the nature of the products, unless brand new and never opened)
- Gift cards

Please allow 1–2 weeks after we receive your return to process your refund. Once approved:
