16" — Flex Silicone: Our compact option, ideal for smaller spaces and closer viewing. Includes a 6 ft USB power cord. A remote is not included.

20", 24", 28" & 32" — Ultra-Bright LED: Designed for stronger visibility and a brighter, more powerful display. Includes a standard wall plug compatible with your country's electrical standard, a 14 ft power cord, and a remote with on/off control, dimming, and 8 dynamic lighting modes with adjustable speed.

Custom Sign Policies

Design Approval: We reserve the right to decline any design request at our discretion. Designs requiring significantly more materials, labor, or production complexity than a standard sign may require an additional charge. If an additional charge applies, we will contact you before production begins.

Size Selection: Your selected size represents the sign's maximum overall dimension, whether that dimension is the width or height. For example, a three-line design containing only a few characters per line may be taller than it is wide, in which case the selected size will apply to the overall height.

Customization Details: Please carefully review all spelling, capitalization, wording, colors, fonts, and other customization details before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors entered or submitted by the customer. Before production begins, we will email you a final design proof for your review and approval.

Online Preview: The online preview is intended to provide a close representation of your finished sign but is not an exact production proof. Minor adjustments to letter spacing, sizing, layout, acrylic shape, and other design details may be made during production to create the best-looking and most structurally sound finished sign. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings and the appearance of the illuminated sign in person.
