At LED Gift Works, we stand behind the quality of our LED signs. That's why our eligible signs include a 1-year limited warranty protecting against premature LED lighting failure caused by manufacturing defects.

What Does the Warranty Cover?
This limited warranty covers premature failure of the LED lighting itself when the failure is caused by a defect in materials or manufacturing under normal, intended use.
Qualifying defects may include:
- LED lights that prematurely stop illuminating due to a manufacturing defect.
- Replacement part(s) or full replacement of an eligible defective sign, as determined by LED Gift Works.
- Free shipping for approved warranty replacements.
What Is Not Covered?
This is a limited LED lighting warranty, not a comprehensive warranty covering every component of the sign.
The following are excluded:
- Power adapters, USB power supplies, power cords, dimmers, controllers, and remote controls.
- Acrylic backing, hanging chains, mounting hardware, and other non-lighting components.
- Accidental damage, drops, impacts, breakage, or improper handling.
- Damage resulting from incorrect installation, mounting, or operation.
- Exposure to water, excessive moisture, or outdoor conditions when the product is not rated for such use.
- Damage caused by power surges, incorrect voltage, or incompatible power equipment.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs that cause the LED lighting failure.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, or gradual changes in appearance unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or operation outside the product's intended specifications.
- LED lighting failures occurring after the warranty period expires.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If your sign experiences a potential LED lighting defect within the warranty period, our support team can help you through the process.
Contact LED Gift Works
Get in touch through our contact page. Include your order number, the affected sign, and a brief description of the lighting issue.
Provide Photos or Video
We may request photos or a short video showing the lighting problem. This helps us identify the issue and determine whether it may qualify for coverage.
Warranty Review
Our team will evaluate your claim and may request additional information or basic troubleshooting to verify the cause of the failure.
Repair or Replacement
If the defect qualifies for coverage, LED Gift Works will arrange an appropriate repair or replacement at no charge to you.
If your warranty claim is approved and a replacement is necessary, LED Gift Works will cover the cost of shipping your replacement sign or part(s) to you. If we require you to return the defective sign as part of an approved claim, we'll cover that shipping as well.
Additional Warranty Terms
This limited warranty applies to eligible LED signs purchased directly from LED Gift Works.
The warranty begins on the original delivery date and remains valid for 12 months. Warranty claims must be submitted within this period. Proof of purchase may be required.
LED Gift Works reserves the right to evaluate warranty claims and determine the appropriate remedy. For approved claims, we may repair the affected product or provide an equivalent replacement.
If the original product is no longer available, a comparable replacement may be provided.
Replacement products remain covered for the balance of the original warranty period. Providing a replacement does not restart the 12-month coverage.
A lighting issue does not automatically establish a manufacturing defect. Problems caused by excluded components or external factors are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty Effective Date
This 1-Year Limited LED Lighting Warranty applies to eligible LED Gift Works products purchased on or after November 2, 2026. Purchases made before this date are not covered under this new warranty; however, our existing policy regarding products that arrive damaged or defective remains applicable.
