I ordered 2 acrylic signs for my business and Way Up Gifts reached out to me before filling the order to advise me they had a much better style of sign for my exterior facing windows (the LED neon-tube style with black backing). They sent pictures of what they suggested and I quickly made the switch/upgrade. The signs safely arrived in a timely fashion and are so bright and perfect for my business windows. Excellent work.

I run a vape and smoke shop, and this sign instantly made my storefront pop. The brightness is unreal, even during the day it grabs attention from down the street. Customers have literally told me they spotted the “VAPE” glow before they saw the shop itself.

The craftsmanship is solid, wiring was clean, and setup took less than 10 minutes. You can tell it’s not some cheap plastic sign. Definitely worth it if you want your shop to stand out.
